Through innovations in spinning and dyeing technologies, this series addresses key challenges of bio-based PLA, such as static electricity and difficulty in pure spinning, enabling the production of high-count pure PLA yarn. By optimizing dyeing and finishing processes to accommodate PLA’s low glass transition temperature, it resolves issues of low dye uptake and stiff hand feel. The products are eco-friendly, skin-safe, naturally antibacterial, and microbiologically degradable, suitable for knitting, apparel, and home textiles.
